Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to understand what you are considering, and — where appropriate — to advise on next steps through the relevant partner relationship.

Your details are shared only with those who need them to respond to or progress your enquiry — for example, a relevant partner introducing the opportunity, or a specialist involved in arranging it. Ultré does not sell enquiry data, and does not share it for unrelated marketing.
How long
Enquiry details are retained only as long as is needed to respond and to record that an interest was expressed. They are not kept indefinitely without reason.
Your choices
You may ask to see what Ultré holds about your enquiry, to correct it, or to have it withdrawn. Because Ultré operates through partner relationships, please raise any request through the contact who introduced you, or via the address on this site.
